We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality Perfumes. In the event you wish to return an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 7 days (Kuwait) and 14 days (International) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any items with the exception of items designated as on SALE, Perfumes, and oils which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging, if applicable. Hareer reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Hareer can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have not been used but tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on items purchase costs for the order. The purchase cost is the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. International customers should be aware that customs duties and sales taxes are non-fund-able.

Local (Kuwait) Return/Exchanges

  1. Please email us at  hareer@hareerperfume.com  when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to the item’s availability.
  2. Fill in the Return/ Exchange form that came with your order receipt.
  3. We will arrange for our local delivery partner to call you to arrange a convenient time to pick up the items you wish to return.
  4. Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt and the completed return/exchange form inside.
  5. Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed.

 Local (Kuwait) Credit/Debit Card Returns: If you paid using your credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days in the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee. Returned items will be delivered free of charge. Hareer provides this pick-up service free of charge in Kuwait only.

Local (Kuwait) ‘Cash on Delivery’ Returns: If you paid ‘Cash on Delivery’ when the items were delivered to you, your refund will be issued in Cash minus the delivery charges.

Exchanges: Hareer provides pick-up and delivery of exchanged items free of charge in Kuwait only. Any additional exchanges will incur pick-up and delivery costs.

International Returns/Exchanges

  1. Please email us at hareer@hareerperfume.com when you receive your package to let us know that you would like to make a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we will advise you as to the item’s availability.
  2. Fill in the Return/ Exchange form that came with your order receipt.
  3. Pack and seal items in their original packaging with your original receipt and the completed return/exchange form inside.
  4. Please send your return or exchange to the address listed below. (We recommend that you send your return package insured when shipped and with a tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility in case of loss/damage for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
  5. Each returned item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund or exchange will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of return.

International Returns: For returns, a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card within 30 days in the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee. Customers will incur the cost of returning items.

International Exchanges: For exchanges, the customer will incur the cost of returning items and the cost of shipping new items.

 You may cancel your order via email up to the time the order is dispatched. After the order is dispatched you can only return or exchange.

Out of Stock Items

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email or telephone. In the event of partial orders, Hareer will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
